Terms & Conditions – Scent N Heaven

By accessing Scent N Heaven and placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

All products are displayed as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color, packaging, or fragrance may occur. Prices, availability, and descriptions may change without notice.

Orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payments are accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, and other methods shown at checkout.

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days. Delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided at least 90% of the perfume remains unused and the product is returned in original packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed after inspection.

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Scent N Heaven and may not be used without permission.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Please perform a patch test before use.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
